If you pedal it with your hands, what are you supposed to steer it with? There's a metal rod that's pointed toward your crotch, but your hands are busy pedaling, and your feet are on the platform....

Maybe it is a 2-seater, with more hands?

Upon closer look, perhaps the rear wheels have separate drives, which could aid in steering?

it's for somebody that's is disabled.. it's cool too
