No value schwinn, just curious of year and name of color.

I bought this bike at an auction today, I don't know much about these newer ones. I don't think it was riden much there is no ware on it at all. Curious of the year and what schwinn called this color. Thanks if you can help and thanks if you can't. I forgot to ask is it possible this bike has 29 in. wheels, I seen a 29 on the tire.

The color is "Peral Orange" and the LeTour III is a 78 model with 27" wheels. Made in Japan and imported by Schwinn.
