Non Shelby Identification Help Please?

I’m strictly a Shelby guy and have a friend who picked up a girls bike, asking me for help identifying what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bicycle has a Westfield look to it.

Definitely Westfield. Thinking late prewar by the looks of that guard and fender light. Maybe 40-41? Can we get a serial number?

Serial should start with either an "F" or a "G". It may be a '42 depending on number. I wish Shelbys were this easy! V/r Shawn

Was told the serial number is M30626.
