I have several NOS Rims marked 14 x 1.75, 16º. This, I think is about correct size with tire mounted. Actual measurement is 11" x 1-7/16", 16 hole for wire on tires. Paint is very good on most considering age, found in the basement of a old bike shop in Mass.
