Vintage for sure. Been in a display case for longer than I can remember. 100% complete never mounted. Box is mint as well as the 2 instruction sheets included. Look over the pictures the red paint inside the pipe is factory as well. Never messed with on display only. They don't come any nicer than this one. Yes & it works perfectly.
