These measure without balls 26.5mm for the top part and 9.5mm for the bottom part, so with balls probably a stack height of under 40mm. The headset has a lot of thread and if you knock off the pin and forego the holey washer (I would) you could easily save 5mm. Crown race is 26.5, cups are 30.0, thread is 25x1.
One bag is open, I took them out to measure, the other bag is intact. No balls came with these.
