I believe these are prewar.
See pics. Both are NOS, and in perfect condition and still in the boxes, with instructions, and unopened hardware envelopes.
The bigger guard looks to be for a 26" bike, and the smaller one for a 20" or 24" bike.
The smaller guard box is missing the end flaps.

Not sure, could be aftermarket. Mounting brackets are adjustable. However I have had a few Snyder built bikes with similar universal type guards that I think were made by McCauley.
