I'm selling off some duplicate parts from my collection.
Two sets of true NOS 9.5mm cotter pins with original hardware. Everything is original nickel plated. One pin has some clouding. Another has the tiniest spot of surface rust. Can be removed, I'm almost positive. Visible in the pictures.
The top corners of the nuts are nicely chamfered.
These were found among the stock I bought from a long-gone CCM, BSA, Raleigh & Royal Enfield shop that opened just prior to WWI.
The nickel plating is a really nice golden yellow. The pins are noticeably heavier and smoother than later non-plated steel jobs. They feel good in the hand.
The wider section of the pin (that which interfaces with the crank & spindle) measures approximately 28mm. There are approximately 10mm of threads.
They're pretty beautiful to look at just sitting there.
