Finally riding a big boys bike
New Old Stock (NOS) Vintage Raleigh Bicycle Chainwheel & Crank.
I got this several years ago in a collection of vintage bicycle parts. In that collection were several brand new Raleigh parts. This was among them.
This part had never been out of the sealed package until this evening when I took these photos. This is a completely NEW part that has never been used or installed.
This part had presumably been sitting in the bicycle shop for a LONG time before I acquired it. The packaging (a sealed clear plastic bag) is in pretty rough shape. Consequently the parts inside also show some minor scuffs and wear (see photos.) However this had never been removed from the package until tonight. There are a couple deeper scratches on one side of the crank arm. There are also a few other small scrapes and scuffs.
A small paper label inside the package has this information:

Appears to have the original Raleigh logo stamped in it.
