Not a 1953 deluxe spitfire

I am thinking this is a1946 DX.. 1953 Spitfire would not have the white tips on the fenders, has a different badge, those look like drop center rims.. should not have pinstripes on the chainguard or forks.. tank is different, frame has pins not fireballs.. Serial # would be on the dropout in 1953 not bottom bracket
