2nd time this was listed I believe.. No one near this wants a cool Mercury(yes?) for the starting bid of $75(I just say that as there were no bidders last time..)

They might have blocks in place that don't allow you to bid on there items. It seems to be the thing to do lately... I guess people like to post pictures of what they have?

It says LOCAL PICKUP ONLY...are they really able to block all bids outside of NY/NJ/PA or whatever?

Oh yeah, They block every one. They just post pictures, its very annoying! I've seen it over the years but clicked the link to "ask seller a question". Then ask the seller if he could remove the block. Most of the time they did know they had it blocked. That doesn't work anymore. Now when you click the link it says "this seller does not answer questions". In the last three weeks I've bid on 7 items that were blocked. $300 on a bike that didn't sell, $200 on a set of rims that sold for $50. And I have been on eBay for about 20 years with 100% feedback and have PayPal.. so its not because of me.
