    What is it?? Looks like it uses a bottlecap badge. How do you plan to build it up

    I have tires and you maybe should put newer rims on it though to make it a safe rider when done.

    I don't know Mike I would say riding rails with the front hub and rear wheel without tire. Definitely looks like a cool start to a nice road bike.
