I purchased these two bikes locally and am trying to figure out who makes them and their value. Both bikes are fully functional and don't appear to have any damage. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I completely agree with Freqman1. Those are modern decorative pieces, not antiques. Very little value.
