New Mexico Brant
I'm the Wiz, and nobody beats me!
Here is one that I will be sad to see go but I have much more limited space since moving. Originally badged Louisville Supply American Flyer. Has the Troxel Aerocycke type saddle correct for the 1934. This is a 1934 frame that was possibly built that year or in 1935 for Louisville Supply Co; the three color paint scheme was not offered by Huffman in 1934 so it is thought Louisville ordered a special batch of these. Comes with a New Departure two speed set up (missing the control cable). The rear wheel needs trued as it has significant side wobble; I never rode this bike, the rear hub needs serviced and feels tight, I have no idea if the two speed works well. Overall the bicycle presents great, there is paint losses, scratches, and scuffs as expected. The rear fender has one area of denting (see images) and seems a little kinked between the fend brace and bottle bracket (these frames were made to use both 26” and 28” tired wheels). The saddle has one small cut and is pulled from the edge trim at one spot. The tires are a nice supple pair of white Carlisle Indian head Lightening Darts. With a little servicing this would be a fabulous rider! This is a rare bicycle and would look great in any collection. Please PM to purchase or ask questions.
