Odd Men`s Tank - Does Anyone Know What It Fits?

Hey Guys, `Had this for a long, long time - never figured out what it fits. Fairly small in diameter - 3 inches tall at the front and about 23 inches long- looks like a hanging tank of some sort. No horn. Any help appreciated---God Bless---
