Odd pedals

Here's the 2 pedals that came on the camel back I just got. I think the one with the patent date on it is aluminum with a brass end cap. Both were painted black (as was EVERYTHING on the bike). Can't find a name on either but haven't cleaned off the paint yet.

Suggestions?
