Wore out three sets of tires already!
Here's an Airflo frame with the seat post sawed off flush with the frame clamp. Ive been soaking it for the last few days with penatrant. What now?:confused:

I like the nipple extractor idea but you can also try welding a piece carefully to the seat post and use it to get it out. find a piece of bar stock that fits inside and carefully weld to it the heat from the welding will loosen any rust, or it should anyway. also they make easy outs in larger sizes try that. be careful if you use the torch that you don't melt anything you don't want to like the seat stays or something.:D

I had a similar case on an old Schwinn. Use a hack saw blade to cut a slit as far down as you can. Then with a heavy pair of needle nose pliers twist or roll the top of the tube, keep twisting as you pull up.
