Old bike needs new parts

Hi all

Well, my 1987 schwinn highsierra have been coast to coast, downhills, uphill, jumps streets, new frame in Chicago when it froze outside the library and all the paint fell off (thank you Schwinn)...Finally, the gears are worn thin, the chain will not hold, derailers, oh boy.

Ya, I know it would be cheaper to get a new bike, but... .

Please do tell - where can I get, or find suitable replacement parts for the following???

Rr derailer - shimano Deore SIS
Frt derailer - shimano Deore SIS
hubs - Alloy QR
crank - Shimano FCB124 Biospace 28/38/48
Shifter - shimano Deore SIS
Freewheel - Shimano 6 freewheel 14/32
