I got this bike in an estate deal. Would like to know year,rarity,should I leave it alone or store it ?? And lastly what's it worth restored or left alone

Service the hubs and bearings.
Replace tires and tubes if needed.
Ride it!

A correct restoration would cost more than what the bike's restored value would be.

An incorrect "restoration" would only hurt the value of the bike.

Looks like a bent fork and repaired frame.This hurts value if true.

I wouldn't do a thing. The bike is not rare and worth about $75 at a swap. Any money/time spent for resale would be for naught. If you just want an old bike to ride then service it and you should be good. V/r Shawn
