Old black tricycle

I stumbled across this tricycle that looks old. Seat is gone and wood handlebar is most likely not original. Any of you experts care to provide any information so I know what it is…..year

Approx.1899 to 1910 Victorian
Could be Gendron , velo extc . Lots of similarities is these early builds with little to no markings most of the time.
$100 150 max. approx. value as it sits
value with original stretch leather saddle $250- $400
Really what someone wants to pay
These early tricycles are hard sell because they are very basic / raw construction
Rubberless wheels
Saddle is close to irreplaceable.
Need new leather to stretch but typically doesn’t enhance value being a repop
I like these but most chase 30’s big fender airflows .

The seat chassis design is pretty neat on a lot of these TOC tricycles. I wouldn't mind stumbling across one of these around my way.
