Old empire

Hi I just got an empire and was wondering how to verify that it is in fact a true empire. Wondering the year and value restored and the value not restored

It looks like a ladies Westfield (Columbia) to me. Not particularly valuable or collectable. Can we get a pic of the entire bike? Thinking it's similar to this ladies bicycle.

Going by the serial number I'd say it's about a '46

Westfield (Columbia) -
