Old light can you help identify

This is a old light that looks like a war of the worlds look to it very cool in great shape , it has the handlebar mount just curious if anybody knows it was made in USA stamp, on clamp but that’s all I see, it works too very clean inside, looks like it was never used inside, just hoping to find out some info,
