Those BB numbers maybe not mfg stamped? Looks rough. Check left rear dropout for mfg stamped serial. Eg, First digit number for year, then letter H for Huffman

Looks 60's but like to know what years they built them in Azusa Ca.? and still in neighboring Monrovia.
