Yep! Most likely a Taylor Tot made by the Taylor Co. that also made tricycles. My older twin sisters and I all rode in these strollers back in the '40s and '50s.

'Lil Knee Scuffer
Taylor Tot missing removable floor pan and stroller handle, also bumpers and turned wood handlebars. Some had deco fenders too.
