1940? Elgin 4-Star Sport Model. Original paint with all the correct parts except tires. Has the correct non-switched front loaders, Elgin horn button and switch. Grips are new. No battery tray/light in the rear carrier but lenses are intact. Pretty nice bike and could possibly look even better with a little polishing compound.
