Great original Delta handlebar mount button.
Solid plating on everything but the straps, they may have been cad plated originally and just didn't hold up well.
Still has the fibre board disc that rests between the button and bars.
The bolt is a domed head replacement screw as the original snapped, could prob be could down a bit after mounting.
Button has strong spring, "D" button
