Very nice pair. How come you have gears and she doesn't?

Hers has a Bendix 2 speed kickback. Mine's a Nexus 7 speed. I offered to put one on her bike. She thinks it's too complicated.

I love my Nexus 7, which I've used for many years on my '96 Cruiser Deluxe (two tone blue).

Great looking bikes! That Nexus 7 speed is a good choice. I have one on a Hiawatha Super and it has been trouble free for the past 15 years.
