I've got a double that's similar with tool tray and base... paid $450 on CL. Retails about $1,000 ish with tool tray and base. Offer $400 not too many ordinary folk looking for a double park stand! Nothing beats it for heavy bikes! Wouldn't say "old" but older for sure. No plastic parts!

my LBS had the same one. I have seen them in use, they dont even budge while you are moving bikes around. Not like my $60 one off amazon... even though it still works after 5-6 years flawlessly. Lookslike the price went up a bit - but if you need a stand, i would recommend this. Ive had balooners with full wheels hanging off this thing.

I am not sure how old this stand is, but $500 sounds a bit excessive for a dual headed park stand, even with the tool caddy added on.

Work on bikes for a living and you'll see that this is a cheap price for a stand of this quality.
The arms are dated but I use the Efficient Velo Tools version. Their arms alone are 450.00.
you can find the single bike Park ones with a solid steel base for 2-300. Your Bike stand will NOT tip over !
