SOLD Parting out 1978 Schwinn Scrambler and Hornet BMX $75

Tires and rims on all are thrashed, hence the parting out.

Decent seats, very cool Schwinn stamped black Ashtabula stem, bars, seat post, frames, chainguards - all up for grabs.

I'll post pictures and prices for individual parts as I get a better idea of their condition.

Ok, here are some pics. Scrambler seat and stem are pending payment. Everything else is make offer. Added a Takagi spider and a 43t Sugino red ano chainring to the mix, too. Thanks.

I’d prefer not to ship the bikes but maybe the silver one is worth saving to someone. Decent paint and excessively braced frame. Fork is bent and I’m having trouble getting the post out. Local pickup in central Iowa preferred.

@marcusthemoose It’s straight but has some rust which should clean up. Mounting hardware and Q bolts are gone already.
