Pedal and Chairing Insight

Had some parts that wernt original to a BB frame I purchased. I'm trying to identify the model and era produced so I can properly list for sale. Chainring possibly nickname flying pork chop? Pedals tear drop but no manufacturer I can see.

Chain ring is Cleveland Welding, late '40s-early '50s. Some call it 'flying hearts' by the shape of the cutouts.
