Reflective hypnotic wheel covers four pieces one put together they are 12-in diameter on the outside and almost 2 in diameter on the inside I put them on my bike just so you can see what they look like no mounting hardware I think it would just like four springs that went across from the plates to the other side thank you for looking and have a great day
