I picked up a few bikes from a late friend's estate a couple years ago, I have plans of making them at least functional again. I'm more into preservation than restoration if there's much of the original bike left but a couple are so far gone that I'll probably do a "restomod" on them.
Columbia-Built Goodyear HiWay Patrol destined for "preservation". Shortly after this was taken my friend's sister located the top cover for the headlight in a box at another location. He had stuff stored all over the county. I wonder if Broderick Crawford rode one of these to the around the set of "Highway Patrol" since he didn't have a driver's license LOL?
This Columbia will probably get the restomod treatment......
