I believe these are from the late 40s to early 50s.
Rear finned hub has a JC Higgins arm.
Front hub has no markings.
Chrome has varying peppering. They would clean up a little better in the middle with a little effort.
Have not been in them, but they roll fine and rear brakes well by hand. I'd clean and grease if you plan to put a lot of miles on them though.
