Person Supreme Teardrop Pedal Blocks-Question?

Leaning on the cabe’s expertise. Does the difference in pedal blocks on the person majestic teardrop pedals indicate a difference in years produced or a model level. If years produced, what would be the breakdown of years?
Picture is a couple styles with the center blocks came off an early girls bike.

I'm going with model level. Both style blocks had been around for most of the 1930s....Maybe the
narrow ones being earlier introduction, but both stile blocks before the teardrops introduction...
My guess Big "logo" blocks ended up on higher end models.
