Look Ma, No Hands!
Does anyone know what year Schwinn switched using the Black Phantom chainguard decal from the Phantom only chainguard decal? Or maybe the Phantom only decal was used first and then they switched to the Black Phantom decal. Or maybe the Black Phantom decal was only used on black, not green or red models. Who has insight? Inquiring minds need to know!

On the very early models there was no decal. On the Black Phantom it always had “Black Phantom “ the green, red, and blue bikes just said “Phantom”. I have seen variations of the “Phantom “ decal not counting the ‘59 decal which is entirely different. V/r Shawn
