Is there such a thing as a factory assembled Whizzer? My understanding is that the closest thing would be a bike shop assembled one.

No Black Phantoms came from the factory with Whizzers. Ambassadors, Pacemakers, Sportsmans, yea.

High H model serial number puts it at a 48. Seller is equating the H motor serial number with the schwinn serial number H262885, which makes it 51 frame.

im the one who built and sold that whizzer about 20 years ago,i sold it to ghost motorcycl sales in port washington,ny the frame was a real black phantom repaint,repro fenders from memory lane, 15,000 grand good luck with that
