Serial numbers on the bottom bracket crank hanger might help on a plain diamond frame.

We see the fixed rear hub, block chain, and upside down handle bars, but not sure if those were just grouped together or if the bicycle is older?

The chain ring sprocket looks like a Sears Elgin, when supplied by Excelsior (but the frame does not look like a 20’s Excelsior); does it have a round drive pin or slotted?

The front forks look kind of like Davis #66?
Maybe also measure the badge holes, as Great Westerns used 2+3/4”.
