Picked up a mystery tricycle for my two yr old, need help identifying

Hi all,
I bought this tricycle today off of a sweet older woman, she said it was her son’s and she kept it around for her grandkids. She remembers getting it in the late 70s.
there is no front plate and there is very thick house paint on it. I couldn’t find anything online with one piece steal wheels.
I’m debating on weather to restore it or just leave it alone. It may have originally been a dark red.
Any guesses as to what it is would be helpful.

Update: after some more research I think it may be a Leader Tricycle from the 60s. I might repaint it, the house paint is a cool colour but looks like it was painted using an old mop.

Dean. Does look like a leader. Not really worth restoring, probably not worth the value of the paint imo.
Try finding an early CCM trike 30's. 40'. The line are cooler and more fun to restore.
