Exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I have zero interest in a non-original bike. If I wanted repop I'd buy a 1995 model. I'm old I want old not perfect, a few scratches and bruises like me.Words of wisdom we ALL should listen to.

Original , I believe is what we can only hope for. Most of these bikes have been around so long...........and have changed hands so many times................Who knows what has been changed since new. Part of the fun for me has been the detective work . THANK YOU CABERS !! for the wealth of knowledge brought forward on this site . I enjoy the research. MANY times the bikes are confusing . Which is how many people end up on this site. @Coachmule , Your Bike looks really nice . I really like that Front Mud Flap . '59 is a 1 year only bike ? Your very lucky to have that one. I feel confident you're search will get you the parts that you need . You're bike is well worth saving. Enjoy the heck out of it ! I know you will .
