Pixie throttle and advice

Hi
I’m new to the forum and looking for some help. I have a Pixie Endor motor mounted on a 1941 CCM Rambler. I bought this as a winter project and am looking for a twist throttle for it. These were built in Montreal for a short period making parts and knowledge scarce. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes COPIES of the manuals.
Copied from OG manuals that where taken apart
Covers are 12 or 14 point card stock
And the Approx 20 pages of floppy weight paper to each booklet
