The bike is practically identical, Thanks for sharing! I now know that everything came together on this bike and it's not a Franken bike. I don't know for sure if mine was a scout model but it's so close, mine has different Brakes and I can't tell if yours has holes for water bottle holders, it doesn't look like it, if it doesn't maybe that may account for the difference in the numbers under the crank? @Archie Sturmer

My best guess, and it is a guess, is that it was a bike very similar, or maybe even identical to a Scout, but for a private label as previously mentioned. That would explain the different model number.
