Singer
Seat is a Mesinger Superba from 1912ish.
Blue Streak
Wore out three sets of tires already!
Les is correct. 1889-1891 Singer made in Coventry England.

Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
As mentioned in a post by @Blue Streak above, there were several similar looking models available.
Here's the range from the 1889 catalogue over here.....
...and some information on the steering lock.....
...luggage options for 1889 too.....
By 1891 there were four variations of your machine on offer.....
...I hope that's of interest.
Apparently their main USA showroom/office was in Boston at the time, alongside offices in London and Paris (France).
