Hello all,
I drive past this about twice a month and I cant figure out what it is.

The bike has been assembled from various parts of other bicycles.

The frame is from a 1941-42 Murray built Elgin. The fork looks like a forged crown Westfield. The front fender looks like it is probably from a postwar Cleveland Welding bike and the chain guard was used on some Monarks but was commonly available as an aftermarket accessory.
