~Please help me ID this "Red Monster"~

Wore out three sets of tires already!
I've been after one of these safety bikes (up sloping top tube) for a while and I finally got one. Every thing is huge on this bike, you don't appreciate the size of it unless you stand next to it........ I love it!

Now to the big question; what is it?, the seller did not know the brand, but after looking at lot's of internet pictures, I think it's a "1894-1895 Templar safety".

Please experts, let me know what you think. Now I'm off to dig under all that red paint.:eek:
