Please help me ID this bike

Hello all, I would like some help to ID this bike, please. I'm being told it's an old Elgin. Unfortunately, it is all I know. Thank you all in advance!

It doesn't look like an Elgin to me. More like a 50's juvenile convertible. Not sure of the manufacturer tho.

Thank you fordmike65 & Freqman1 - I appreciate your input guys. I think I'm going to give up on this one. It's heavily painted over and I think they're are enough bikes out there in the wide world for little old me. -PP

Agreed, they sold some weird looking, and incredibly cheaply built bikes in the '50s. They earned a deservedly bad rap, and launched the much better, CBC/Ross built Iverson line in the mid '60s.

Hello Adamtinkerer, Thank you for the input. This is the only one I've come across but I did have an old Ross 3 speed and I loved it! - Ta ta - PP
