Please help me identify this old kid's " first bike ."

I will call this a " transition bike, because it looks to be 1/2 tricycle & 1/2 bike. I have not found any markings on the bike. It stands 23" tall, with a 15" front wheel & 9" rear . Tires are solid.Very heavy for its size, even though it looks like aluminum alloy. A magnet does not stick to the frame OR wheels. Maybe this is a European bike ?? I have no idea what it is , or its age. Help me .

Thank you for the info & link. I still never found a name on it , but saw pix of 2 brands that looked just about alike.[ see link below ] I don't have the other rear wheel, & parts.
