Can anyone please assist me in identifying the make, model or year of this tricycle?

It is indeed a Murray. The rear step plate design positively identifies it. The metal seat style was also used by Murray.

Thank you Dave do you think its a late 1940's or early 1950's

I'm guessing at least later 1950s or so, and that is a guesstimate on my part. The older Murray trikes in larger models from the late 1940s/early 1950s usually had Troxel springer seats.
