I found this illustration of a similar chain guard in a reprint of 1954 Sears catalog. Could be a universal piece. In an ad in an earlier catalog, the guard was described as being only for a 20 or 24 inch bike at 15" long. This ad has the same measurement but it doesn't specify a length for the 26 inch guard. In later ads, there is no mention of length, just a choice of 26 inch or 20/24 inch guards
