PLEASE HELP! Who made it and what year was it built?

Please help me identify this antique bicycle! I'm in desperate need to know who built it. Right now what I know is 1895 to 99 but we cannot identify the maker. The chain wheel looks to be a FAUBER from Florida. It has 28" wooden wheels and a screw through stem for the handlebars bars. Any ideas? The young lady holding the bicycle would like to know because she just purchased it and we still have no clue. Please reply as soon as you can and thank you for your time and support.

Lots of bikes from this era , some builders did things to make there bike stand out , Better photos of the headset , and rear end , also the bottom piece of the head -how the front end is built, also clean the pedal ends ,sometimes there will be a makers name
