On Training Wheels
I think this is a Hiawatha because of the casting around the head tube. Seat post is 5/8" diameter.
It was my mom's first bike, purchased used and given to her in about 1950. It was repainted red by her father, the original color was blue.
The last time it was ridden was when I was 10, in 1980, and I broke the chain. I purchased a used chain on ebay, replaced the rotted tires with the reproductions shown, and I am waiting for a ebay seat clamp. I pulled it out of the barn and I am fixing it up to give to my niece.

Riding a '37 Colson Imperial
It looks to be a '39-41 Mercury Pacemaker. Manufacturered by Murray. Check on the frame under the crank for any stampings.

These numbers may help narrow the year down.

Here are two of my girl's Pacemakers

I'm the mom of said niece and am wondering how to find the luggage rack, fender emblem, seat and rear stand. My brother is so thoughtful!
I'll let someone else who is better versed in these sweet old Mercury ladies bicycles weigh in here, but I believe this bicycle would have had a fender light instead of the emblem due to the horn tank being a standard version and not one with the built-in lights (which would negate the need for a light on the fender). This is just something I'm guessing at, so I apologize if I'm wrong. As far as parts, you shouldn't have any trouble. I can help you out with most of it with the exception of the rear rack.
